Apply one coat evenly and then wash your hands immediately to avoid colour changes on your palms. Use the tanner sparingly around your knees and elbows and ensure that the skin is dry before you dress. Your tan will develop over 2 to 4 hours. You can build a darker skin tone by reapply as many times as necessary over period of days. To maintain your tan results reapply twice weekly.
