GENUINE DERMAROLLER ®
GENUINE DERMAROLLER ® also called medical skin needling is used to improve the appearance of acne scarring, stretchmarks, wrinkles, sun-damaged skin, and skin pigmentation, such as chloasma and age spots.
This is achieved with the new formation of collagen which is stimulated by the application of this unique treatment. Unlike acid skin peels and laser ablation, the 'down time' is 2 or 3 days.
A healing cream and a sunblock cream are given to the client for continued application at home and are included in the price. The Genuine Dermaroller® can be used on any part of the body and not just the face, i.e decolletage, thighs, abdomen. It is also a good alternative to botox and dermal filler anti-ageing treatments because it tightens the skin as the new collagen layers form. The dermaroller treatment can only be applied by a qualified medical practitioner.
